This site (CDL Exam Coach) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.

No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FMCSA, TSA, or any state licensing agency. Per-course disclosures:

CDL General Knowledge: This product covers the CDL core only. Endorsements and some state-specific values still require your current state manual.
HazMat (H) Endorsement: Based on 49 CFR via the state CDL manual HazMat section. Question count and 5-year renewal rules vary by state - verify your current state manual.
Tanker (N) Endorsement: The N test is state-administered. Verify the question count and any state-specific values against your current state CDL manual.
Passenger (P) Endorsement: Built to the New York DMV CDL-10 manual (Section 1 ed. 2/26, Section 4 ed. 11/25, plus the Section 2 s2.15 railroad-crossing delta) and 49 CFR 383. The CDL Passenger (P) Endorsement knowledge test pass bar is 80% - federal floor (49 CFR 383.135(a)(1)) and NY official (CDL-10 s1.4.1). New York does NOT publish an official P question count; this pack's 20-question, 16-to-pass mock mirrors the multi-state AAMVA pattern - flagged, not asserted, verify your state. New York tests THREE answer choices per question (CDL-10 s1.4.1) while most prep sites teach four - this pack's quiz and mock renderers serve exactly three, the way NY actually tests. Written knowledge test only; a skills test in a representative bus follows (14-day minimum wait from CLP issuance), and first-time P applicants need ELDT theory before that skills test. P is the legal prerequisite for the School Bus (S) endorsement - S-only content (danger zones, mirrors, light choreography) never appears here. Original analogous items; no state exam content is reproduced.
School Bus (S) Endorsement: Written S-endorsement prep. The Passenger (P) endorsement comes first, and a school-bus skills test follows. Verify light distances and railroad wording in your current state CDL manual.
Doubles/Triples (T) Endorsement: The T endorsement is a knowledge test only - no skills test, no TSA, no ELDT. State question counts and triples rules vary; verify your state CDL manual.

Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.

Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — processed automatically. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@cdlexamcoach.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
